WELCOME

What a great first day back to school!

First of all I am blown away by your generosity! Our table was overflowing with classroom donations. We'll keep those germs away for sure! Thank you so much.

Now, we're all getting used to new routines, even a new building. Moving upstairs is a big transition, and despite trying to keep today's activities low key, we still got everything done! WOW! I was stunned by the ready-to-go learners who truly came back to school with their listening ears on.

Stay tuned for pictures from our first few days of school!
Make sure to send your information packets as soon as you finish

Back to school!

I cannot believe it's getting to be that time of year already! The back to school sales are out and about, class letters have been sent home and the classroom is almost ready! I'm getting more and more excited every day to meet you and start a new year of learning with you.

You may know already the we will be using a new math program. 3rd grade this year is also going to have an all new science program! I've been working most of the summer with Mrs. Jackson to build materials kits. We have plenty of great, hands on activities ahead of us!

Here is our list of supplies, just in case:
Box of wooden pencils
1.5” Binder
2 spiral notebooks
Colored pencils and markers
Glue stick or white glue
Cap erasers
Ear buds- we use laptops frequently in the classroom and the buds are a huge help for keeping the focus!

Classroom supplies, if you can, to help us learn and stay focused throughout the year!
Tissues
Clorox wipes
Expo markers

I will be providing a pencil bag, a homework and a writing folder for each student. I'll also have a reading notebook to track our skills and books we'll be reading!

See you August 31st!!
:)
